Dose volumes calculated, vials counted down, reminders right on time. Built around real protocols, not spreadsheets.

Skip inventory entirely. A focused experience built around logging doses, tracking weight, and keeping tabs on what you're taking.
Where your levels were, and where they're headed — historical and projected, based on your actual dosing schedule.
Escalating dose steps that advance on their own, and off-cycle periods that pause reminders without manual toggling.
Dose and weight trend graphs on a dedicated page, so you can see patterns across weeks instead of single days.
Your full dose and weight history, exported and ready to hand to your doctor or file away.
Notifications grouped by day and built per dose time — you only get pinged for what's actually still pending.
Everything in ShotTrackr serves the same goal: the simplest tool that still fits a real protocol.

Every dose you log decrements the right vial. When an active vial runs out, ShotTrackr promotes its linked stock vial automatically, so injection night never starts with a scavenger hunt.
Enter your vial strength and reconstitution volume one time, and every dose shows the exact units to draw on a visual syringe. A standalone calculator covers the quick one-off questions too.
Daily, weekly, every-3.5-days, weekday-specific — set the cadence once and the reminders follow. Titration steps escalate on their own, and off-cycle weeks pause notifications without you touching a thing.
Running a blend (several peptides, one vial) or a stack (several vials, one schedule)? ShotTrackr tracks each component's dose and inventory separately, and logs the whole regimen in a single tap.
Log weight in seconds, set a goal, and let Apple Health sync both ways. The Analytics page charts dose and weight trends side by side, so you can see whether the protocol is doing its job.
This is the calculation ShotTrackr runs for every vial. Punch in your numbers and read the syringe.
0.20 ml at 2.5 mg/ml
That's more than this syringe holds. Pick a bigger syringe or split the dose.
Reference math for U-100 insulin syringes. Always confirm your protocol with your provider.
From a fresh install to a tracked protocol in under two minutes.
Pick a peptide from the built-in list (or type your own), enter strength and reconstitution volume, and the dose math is set for good.
Choose your cadence, dose times, and advance reminders. Titration steps and off-cycles are part of the schedule, not a workaround.
Tap, pick the injection site, done. Inventory decrements, the reminder clears, and your history and charts update on their own.
No tiers to compare, no annual toggle, no asterisks. One price, everything included.

So many of these shot tracker apps try to take advantage of people. They come in and with feedback from the peptide community, they develop their app for free. Then when they get to a certain point they cut off features and make put them under a subscription format. These plans are usually pretty costly and not worth it in my opinion. I completely am for a dev making money off their time and efforts, it’s just that some it feels like a bait and switch. In comes this app, ShotTrackr, with a one time fee that is very reasonable. Thank you so much! It has many, if not more of the common features you see with weight and shot tracking apps, and provides it for a modest fee. I like the layout and design of the app. 10/10 no notes☺️
So I’ve been using ShotTrackr for a couple of months now and I LOVE IT! It’s so easy to use and Blaine the developer is fantastic. Always open to feedback and feature requests as well as quick at fixing bugs. I also love that it’s a “buy it once and it’s yours” model instead of what seems to be the standard subscription model nowadays. I also like that the data is LOCAL. It stays on my device and isn’t uploaded to a server I don’t control. 10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
As an older user the functionality and ease of use is a great benefit, and just starting my journey and being able to set up everything needed for tracking is a added bonus.
App has so much potential! Developer is super helpful and has added features that I’ve asked for. Can’t wait to see how it improves!
Great app - wish they would add the ability to add TRT. Would also like to be able to “adjust dose” for a saved vial since it’s common to titrate up.
I’ve been using this app for about 1 week and I must say I’m terribly impressed with the ease of use and functionality. My peptide journey feels like it has a useful tool now. Previously, I’d been using Google Sheets to track my pins, but ShotTrackr has given me a much more streamlined approach to tracking. Not only is the app great, my data is mine AND the license is too. It’s a refreshing change to the usual subscription-based platform and data mining most apps perform. 10/10!
ShotTrackr is a native iOS app for managing peptide therapy. It calculates precise injection doses, tracks vial inventory, logs doses with injection sites, and monitors wellness metrics like weight, all in a clean, private interface.
Yes. ShotTrackr stores all of your data locally on your device. There are no user accounts and no cloud database. We never see your inventory, dose logs, or weight history.
Version 2 introduces Simple Mode (a focused experience for users who don't need full inventory tracking), the Medication Level chart showing historical and projected levels, titration and cycle scheduling, smarter notifications grouped by day, a new Analytics page with dose and weight trend graphs, and CSV/PDF export for your full history.
The three common insulin-syringe sizes: 1 ml (100 units), 0.5 ml (50 units), and 0.3 ml (30 units). The visual calculator adapts automatically so you see exactly how many units to draw.
Yes. You can track unlimited active and stock vials simultaneously. ShotTrackr has a built-in database of common peptides with autocomplete, plus full support for custom peptide names and multi-component Blends and Stacks.
No. ShotTrackr is a single one-time purchase of $3.99. No monthly fees, no feature paywalls, no ads. You pay once and you keep the app, including future updates, forever.
Completely. Every feature — calculations, schedules, reminders, logging — runs locally on your device. The app never needs the network to function.
Hi, I'm Blaine. I built ShotTrackr because I needed a clean, simple way to manage my own peptide protocol, and every app I tried was cluttered, paywalled, or trying to do too much.
So I built the tool I wished existed. It does two things well: track peptides and track weight. I use it every day, and most of what's in the app started as a request from someone who emailed me.
My promise: no subscriptions, no ads, no accounts. A private, one-time-purchase app that respects your data and your wallet.
